Buyer Representation
Your representative in the transaction from start to finish.
Listings
Less is more. I take on no more than 3 at a time in order to provide focused attention to each. I retain assistance when necessary.
Property Management
Help with handling property issues from a downed tree to zoning, to building and renovations. Often, I know the right people who can help, or can help you find them.
Consulting and Referrals
I am global!
I can assist with properties anywhere in the world. In the last 2 years I have assisted with transactions in Florida, North Carolina, DC, MD, Wyoming, Idaho, Colorado, and California. I will travel and can be your rep- anywhere your property is or where you want it to be.
